Amazing yet bizarre natural phenomenon at Lencois Maranhenses National Park, Brazil
Lencois Maranhenses National Park (1981) is situated in North Eastern part of Brazil and is famous for its blue
lagoons which seems to sprite out from the sand dunes of the desert. It is a bizarre phenomenon and attracts a
lot of tourists from all over the world. Calling it a desert is also wrong as it receives a lot of rain to be called a
desert. The lagoons also are filled by the fresh water which comes from the heavy rainfall that takes place here
and those are almost filled up during August every year. It is a must watch place if you love amazing natural
phenomenon.
